Hello, I need help with my samsung c835 front loading washer! Drive Pulley Bugt coward can not access it.?
Hello my friends samsung c835 front loader washing machine is playing up. The initial problem was that the drum does not rotate, open and reintroduced into the belt on the pulley. He again worked temporarily, but the belt keeps slipping. My father and I attribute it to the block behind the steel drum is loose and needs adjustment to stabilize the pulley and keep the band focused. The only problem is that we have no idea how to access to the rear pulley, my model has no rear panel, everything that goes from the front, top and bottom is also open. It seems easier to cut one outta all back to adjust the pulley! But I probably should not. Is there a chart on how to take these things out. Cheers, your help is greatly appreciated ... We have two children under 15 months and a washing machine is indispensable. Thank you! John
